| 1. | Check the registration of samples record in relevant samples received book | |||||
| 2. | Place sample in relevant marked area | |||||
| 6. | Update the test results / validation records . | |||||
| Essential Function 2: | Analysis of Samples | |||||
| 1. | Prepare samples for analysis according to required methods | |||||
| 2. | Accurately analyse samples according to relevant QC method | |||||
| 4. | Calculate and interpret results versus the relevant specification | |||||
| 7. | Draw standard working curve and Fill in the record | |||||
| Essential Function 3: | Reporting of test Results | |||||
| 1. | Report any deviation of results from specifications to QC leader | |||||
| 2. | Enter results into the appropriate results data sheet | |||||
| 3. | Report results to QC&QA Leader | |||||
| Essential Function 4: | Calibration、Maintenance of Laboratory Instrumentation and preparation of reagent | |||||
| 1. | Carry out first line maintenance, troubleshooting and cleaning on instruments to ensure availability | |||||
| 2. | Calibrate instruments according to the relevant method and required schedule | |||||
| 3. | Carry out standards monitoring to ensure accuracy of instruments | |||||
| 4. | prepare the used chemical reagent and some of standard solution | |||||
| Essential Function 5: | ESH and Housekeeping | |||||
| 1. | Adhere to all site PPE and safety requirements | |||||
| 2. | Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory through regular housekeeping and 5S activities | |||||
| 3. | Carry out accurate handover to ensure continuity of laboratory activities | |||||
| 4. | Preparation and storage of retention samples of products according to sample retention policy | |||||
