Essential Function 2:
1 Collect the maintenance data, and according to the data analysis make improvement plan and maintenance plan 收集维修数据，并根据数据分析制定改进方案与维修计划。
2 Detect on-site inspection on a regular basis,regulate operation and rationalization proposal of maintenance 定期对现场检查，发现并规范操作和维修的合理化建议。
